Non-Corporate Real Estate

Commitment Fee	0.20%	The undrawn balance, accruing on a daily basis.
Renewal Fee	0.10%	The total amount sanctioned.
Loan Administration Fee	0.15%	The outstanding balance as at the time of review of a loan facility.
Loan Extension Fee	0.15%	The outstanding balance as at the time of requesting the extension This is applicable for requests to extend the term of a facility beyond the original approved term.

Corporate Real Estate
